This project adopts a new type of intelligent metal material and utilizes the temperature deformation performance, comprehensive mechanical properties, and corrosion resistance of intelligent metals to develop a nickel titanium based fastening kit (screw, nut, intelligent gasket). The deformation, heat treatment, and other processes of NiTi based shape memory alloy were studied, and the structure of the fastening kit was optimized and designed, The performance of the memory alloy anti loosening fastening kit (fastening ring, special slotted nut, bolt assembly) produced has reached the expected indicators, solving the problem of tightening and anti loosening in high voltage transmission engineering's guide wire clamp and high-frequency high vibration environment, and improving the safety of power grid operation.
After on-site review of relevant acceptance materials by the expert group, the project performance objectives were analyzed; The technological innovation of this project has also made breakthrough progress in the fields of fastening systems, power electrical, energy conservation and environmental protection, promoting the development of memory alloys in the field of civilian products, accelerating the appreciation of raw materials, and fully leveraging the resource advantages of non-ferrous metals in our province< br />
