Externally pressed fastening spring: it is made of nickel titanium based memory alloy, with wider ambient temperature range (- 50 ℃ - + 80 ℃), 8% ultra-high elastic deformation and super corrosion resistance, and the corrosion rate is only 0.056μ m/a。
Contact finger: it is made of copper chromium zirconium alloy, and the silver plating thickness of the contact surface is ≥ 50μ m. Hardness & Ge; 120hv, finger hardness ≥ 150hv, maintaining good strength and hardness under high current.
